Cleaner and cheaper power generation in Sub-Saharan Africa with LPG

Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) is widely used as a fuel for home or office applications such as heating and cooking as well as a fuel for automotives. However, its superiority as a fuel for power generation is not well known and therefore not as broadly applied as should be the case. As LPG production has grown continuously over the past decades and the outlook is for continued growth in its production, there is a case to be made to increase its use in power generation.
