Cette formation de CITAC, en partenariat avec Riverlake Shipping et délivrée en anglais, a pour but d’examiner de façon approfondie en théorie et pratique à travers divers workshops le marché international du transport maritime pétrolier. Elle explorera en particulier la situation mondiale et africaine, analysera des questions essentielles telles que la sélection des navires, les coûts de fret, les dangers liés au transport de matières pétrolières, les stratégies d’affrètement, les intérêts divers à travailler les marchés africains et la documentation.
