CITAC’s Participation in Angola Oil and Gas 2024

Elitsa Georgieva, CITAC Executive Director, shared her expertise yesterday at the “From Crude to Commerce” panel in Luanda, Angola, at the Angola Oil and Gas Conference.

The discussion focused on the vital role the downstream oil industry plays in fuelling economic expansion through refining, distribution, and socio-economic development.

Elitsa was joined by an esteemed panel of experts who explored the downstream industry’s potential to drive sustainable economic growth and innovation.

Also, Elitsa participated to the pre-conference workshop. Africa’s refining capacity is set for a major boost, with new projects driving growth across the continent, including Angola, Nigeria, and South Sudan.
