Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il \u00e9tait soutenu par une demande illimit\u00e9e en Asie du Sud-Est. Mais, depuis quelque temps, l\u2019accent semble \u00eatre mis davantage sur la demande que sur l\u2019offre.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1257\" src=\"http:\/\/www.citac.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/LNG1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"277\" height=\"166\" \/>\n<p><strong>L\u2019histoire du GNL en ASS : une r\u00e9gion ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019exportation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Historiquement, l\u2019industrie du gaz a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 limit\u00e9e en raison d\u2019une absence de demande. M\u00eame si les r\u00e9serves de gaz naturel sont vastes, elles se limitent \u00e0 quelques pays dont la seule demande ne peut justifier les grands projets envisag\u00e9s dans l\u2019amont. Par ailleurs, la plupart des nouveaux gisements de gaz sont \u00e9loign\u00e9s des centres de consommation, ce qui rench\u00e9rit de fa\u00e7on significative le co\u00fbt du transport et compromet tout effort destin\u00e9 \u00e0 encourager la consommation domestique de gaz naturel. Ainsi, la demande en gaz en ASS n\u2019\u00e9tait que de 31,7 bcm en 2016 (dont 57% en provenance du Nigeria).<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, l\u2019ASS compte trois terminaux GNL: Nigeria LNG (NLNG), Equatorial Guinea LNG (EGLNG), et Angola LNG (ALNG).<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1256\" src=\"http:\/\/www.citac.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/LNG2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"277\" height=\"166\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1255\" src=\"http:\/\/www.citac.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/LNG3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"277\" height=\"166\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1254\" src=\"http:\/\/www.citac.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/LNG4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"277\" height=\"166\" \/>\n<p><strong>L\u2019avenir du GNL en ASS: plus d\u2019exportations mais aussi d\u2019importations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A court et moyen terme, les projets dans l\u2019amont et le midstream seront financ\u00e9s par les exportations de GNL, sauf en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1258\" src=\"http:\/\/www.citac.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/LNG5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"277\" height=\"137\" \/>\n<p>Actuellement, plusieurs projets de GNL font l\u2019objet de discussions en ASS.
